  	President Jeff McCormick is an Architecture Director at a major health care company. Jeff has worked in IT for almost 20 years as a system, storage and database architect/administrator and has over 15 years of experience with DB2, Sybase, SQL Server and Oracle relational database technology. He is a frequent speaker and author holding several certifications including Oracle Database 10g Administrator Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Product (SQL Server) and Certified Sybase Professional Database Administrator.
  	Co-President Saran Shanmugam is a Senior Database Architect working for Hartford Insurance, Hartford, COnnecticut. He has over 10 years of experience as both Database Administrator/Developer and over 5 years in Data warehousing.He is a frequent speaker having presented at various conferences and User Groups. He is an Oracle Certified Master.
  	Director Daniel T Partiss graduated June 1998 From Central Connecticut State University with a BSci in Computer Science while working at Pratt& Whitney Aircraft in east Martford. In October 1999 I was offered a job at Integrated Process Technologies which I took and have been working there since, I am now the Seinor Database developer there... I have been to numerous training events for Oracle, Program Managment, and 4 Dale Carnegie courses in different aspects of interpersonal skills... My interests are my wife, my children, and improving my skills in that order...
  	Director Frank Zhu has more than 12 years solid IT history worked at senior level as an Oracle DBA, Web Developer, Oracle Developer, OAS administrator and Weblogic Adminsitrator holding Oracle Database Academic Certificate, Oracle 10g Application Server Certificate and Web Master Certificate.
